The Wallace H Coulter Foundation also established a scholarship program at the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA) in memory of Jim Wilcox, former Accounting Manager at Coulter Corporation and later Controller at the Wallace H Coulter Foundation, to encourage black students in the state of Florida to pursue and/or advance their careers in accounting.
